By adding Nexus-Bot to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove the bot from your server and discontinue use immediately.

4. Features and Availability

5. Moderation and Enforcement

Nexus-Bot provides server administrators with moderation tools including warnings, timeouts, and message filtering. Server administrators are solely responsible for how these tools are configured and used within their servers. Nexus-Bot and its developers are not liable for any moderation actions taken by server staff.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus-Bot and its developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bot, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or actions taken by server administrators using the bot's features.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Nexus after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
